This is a pre-announcement of the first IHM Wound care Management Advanced course held in Türkiye.

This course will be organized in Sakarya from May 6th to 11th 2024.

Teaching material

After booking the course you will receive a link by e-mail with your personal and individual access code to the online IHM E-Cademy where you can see more teaching masterial.
The course content and corresponding presentations are only unlocked at the specified times for the registered course participants.
IHM E-Cademy is based on the Moodle e-learning platform, which is available worldwide. Teaching videos are located in our own IHM YouTube Channel, to which you will be directed too out of the IHM E-Cademy

Exams will only be available at certain times and must be completed within the specified time limits.
Only those people who have completed and passed the theory section are entitled to participate in the practical training afterwards.
The practical training will be carried out in the form of real training face to face.

In this regard, all participants must of course comply with all prescribed corona safety measures, which will be communicated to everyone accordingly in advance. In case of critical changes in the corona situation, there may be possible short term postponements, but we will make every effort to implement courses as announced once they have been fixed. At the moment there are no Corona restrictions in Türkiye.

Exams and certificates

On October 23rd there will be an online entry test as a multiple choice testwhich has to be done before attending course itself. This test is obligatory and shall helpt to see from which level of know how and experience the individual participants start off. The result will not be published and will be deleted after the course
On the last day of the course there will be a written exam about the content of the whole course week, theory and practical training included. ONly those who pass the final exam will receive their certificates.
The participants will receive an honorable certification by the University of Sakarya and the Sigmund Freud University Vienna, which is valid in Türkiye and in the European Union, after successfully attending the course and passing the final exam.
Every participant who attended the course with the minimum of 75% presence time will receive a proof of participation by IHM International, with an individual certificate number. This paper is e.g. necessary for being accredited for a follow up or refresher course.
